Peaksware is a growing internet and software company that develops systems to help motivated individuals and professionals achieve health, fitness and peak performance. Our main product www.TrainingPeaks.com is used to monitor, analyze and plan training and nutrition by coaches, trainers, dietitians and individuals from elite athletes to general fitness enthusiasts. We are looking for a full time employee that can provide technical support for our public websites and internet marketing.  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, take initiative, contribute to, and work well in a team environment and be passionate about our products.

Job responsibilities:
- 60% XHTML, CSS, jQuery, XSLT
- 20% Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash) for web
- 20% UI/UX input, design and direction

Requirements:
- Strong XHTML/CSS/Javascript skills
- Working knowledge of Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail
- Initiative and creativity
- Experience with content management systems
- Live no more than 40 minutes away from Lafayette, Colorado or be willing to relocate
- Able to clearly communicate ideas, decisions and reasoning to both technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus points:
- Experience with the Umbraco CMS
- XSLT, ASP.NET, C#, ActionScript, Flash/Flex
- Experience with Print Design
- Experience designing and coding for SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics and other 3rd party metrics tools
- Subversion or other version control system
- Passionate about, and active in fitness, sports performance and/or nutrition
