How to Schedule a Route

TrainingPeaks allows you to to create a new workout on your schedule by dragging and dropping a route from the library directly onto your workout calendar.  This functionality is available to all Personal account users, however, only Premium account users can create new workouts from a route for any date in the future.

To schedule a new workout using a route:

  1. Be sure you have your routes library open on the left side of your account
  2. Drag the route from the library directly onto the date where you want the new workout

  3. Once you drop the route on your calendar, the Quick View will appear.  Fill in any additional workout details needed such as a Description

  4. Click on Save & Close and your new workout will be saved on your calendar
