How to Schedule a Route
TrainingPeaks allows you to to create a new workout on your schedule by dragging and dropping a route from the library directly onto your workout calendar. This functionality is available to all Personal account users, however, only Premium account users can create new workouts from a route for any date in the future.
To schedule a new workout using a route:
- Be sure you have your routes library open on the left side of your account
- Drag the route from the library directly onto the date where you want the new workout

- Once you drop the route on your calendar, the Quick View will appear. Fill in any additional workout details needed such as a Description

- Click on Save & Close and your new workout will be saved on your calendar
