Planning Future Workouts

To build a future workout start from the Calendar page.  You can either add a new workout to the Calendar by manually creating a new workout or you can drag and drop to the Calendar a workout already built from your Training library. See the steps below to learn how:

  1. Be sure you are in the "Workouts" library.  To load this area, click on the "Library" drop down, then the "Workouts" icon on the left-side of your account.

  2. Select which Library you want to load.  All accounts are loaded with "My Library" and "Strength Exercises", but you can also subscribe to other libraries as well as create your own.  To create a new library, click on the "Options" button and then select "Manage exercise libraries".  You can share a library that you own with other users.  This option is also found under the "Options" button.

  3. Browse or search for what you want to plan to the Calendar.  Note: You can use the "Options" button to filter down the list.

  4. Drag and drop to the desired date the items you want to plan. If you saved stats like duration, distance or TSS to the workout these stats will be loaded when you drop the workout onto the calendar.
